Green Mausoleum
This octogonal mausoleum covered with turquoise tiles built in 1421 by architect Haci Ivaz Pasha in Bursa Inside are the graves of Mehmet I and his family. The grave of Mehmet I, the inner walls of the mausoleum and the niche are decorated with the first glazing technique of tiles of the period. The tiles were made by artist Mehmet Mecnun.
